These terms govern your use of the In-House Marketers website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

The site provides general information about our services, operating approach, and perspectives. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice for your particular circumstances. Content may be updated, corrected, or removed without notice.
Relationship and scope
Submitting a waitlist application does not create a client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or other professional relationship. Purchasing Call Only or a Platform Audit creates only the limited service described below. An ongoing Embedded Growth Partnership begins only through a separate written agreement signed by the parties.
Call Only — $500
Call Only is a fixed-price $500 purchase for one private 60-minute Zoom call with Cole Haring. Cole reviews the context you submit before the meeting. The purchase does not include or promise a written recap, audit, implementation, ongoing support, or follow-up deliverable, and it does not count toward a Platform Audit or Embedded Growth Partnership.
The call includes one free reschedule when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. A cancellation made at least 24 hours before the call receives a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. Calendly handles scheduling, Stripe processes the payment, and Zoom provides the meeting link.
Platform Audit — $1,000
One $1,000 purchase covers one primary area: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, or an Other area that In-House Marketers approves in writing before checkout. It includes a detailed intake, analysis of the concerns listed by the buyer, a branded PDF audit, and a 60-minute Zoom review with Cole. Implementation is excluded unless separately scoped.
The delivery clock begins only after In-House Marketers confirms in writing that all required access is complete. The PDF and an eligible Zoom review are due by 5:00 PM Central on the fifth business day after that confirmation. The buyer must select an offered review slot within 24 hours. If no eligible slot is selected, the PDF remains due by day five and the review moves to the first mutually available time. The PDF is delivered before the review begins.
A full refund is available until access is confirmed complete and audit work begins. The audit becomes nonrefundable once work starts. In-House Marketers will issue a full refund if it cannot deliver the agreed audit. The full $1,000 is creditable to the first Embedded Growth Partnership invoice when the partnership starts within 30 days of audit delivery. If capacity prevents a start during that period, the credit remains valid through the first start date In-House Marketers offers.
Checkout and platform access
Stripe-hosted Checkout processes Platform Audit payments, and Calendly's Stripe integration processes Call Only payments. We do not store full payment-card numbers. Platform access must be provided through official Meta, Google, Shopify, or pre-approved invitation methods. Do not submit passwords, recovery codes, API secrets, or temporary authentication codes.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse the inquiry form, scrape the site in a way that degrades service, or use the content to violate another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
The site design, original operating plays, copy, brand assets, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to In-House Marketers. You may view and share links to the site for lawful purposes. No other rights are granted without written permission.
Third-party services and links
The site may depend on or link to third-party services, including Vercel, Neon, Vercel Blob, Calendly, Zoom, and Stripe where applicable. We are not responsible for their separate content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy notices.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use.
